Need help on H1-B Visa validation

Need help on validation
Friends -
Got my H1 Trasfer recently from INS, VT. Want your expert help on the following please -

a) I sent My passport for revalidation to st.louis on NOV-13- 2002
But i did two mistakes.
1. I didn't send 157 form
2. I sent $75 instead of $100

Till now i didn't get any refusel letter or passport form INS.

My old visa expired on jan-17-2002. but my H1 extension is till 2005.

Please help me. How can i get the status of my revalidation.
