Need help on filing i-485 ,part 3- q1.c have you ever been arrested,cited,fined......

HI GUYS ,

I really need your suggestion on this question . PLEASE HELP ME ,PLEASE
After I finished I-485 , suddenly realized that about 2 years ago I was given a ticket from a COP in Subway(NYC MTA) . To avoid spending a lot of time on this , after hearing , even it was not my fault , I just paid $100 fine. (no finger print, no photo)

Should I answer question 1.c "YES" and attach another paper to state this ?

You received a Citation, and it ask you if you were cited so the answer would be yes, no big deal, attach the copy of disposition if you have it.
 
But I did not go to the court ,just went to THE TRANSIT ADJUDICATION BUREAU and paid the fine after hearing there. No court No Police Department . And I don't have any paper work with me right now ,it's long time ago ,especially after my moving to new place ,a lot of my old stuff was lost.

What am I gonna go next? I feel very sad now....please help

You can still get the records of that from Transit folks, do not worry, if that is the only issue you have you will be OK. And happy 4th to you too.
 
The I-485 question says "...excluding traffic violations". So the issue is whether this is classified as a traffic violation. If it is, you don't have to disclose it on the I-485.
