Need help on clock time frame

I applied for asylum in 2003 but its not until 2006 that I had my interview my case was referred to a Judge , I got an EAD 2005, 2006 ,2007 now they are saying the clock stopped at 91 days and they are taking the date from my master hearing date of October 2006 and my appeal before the BIA dated March 2007 now what am I do now .

I need to work and this is now just crazy

any help .

Your first asylum application in 2003 was denied by the immigration officer, that's why he referred you to the Court.

Before the judge, you submit a new asylum application. The clock that they referred to is for this application, not the old one.

In this kind of situation, you do not have a lot of options available.

Let's hope that the BIA will grant your case and give you an opportunity to stay in this country indefinitely.
