Friends -
I am planning to use AC21. My current attorney says since he serves my current employer and he may not be able to continue to represent my case as a moral obligation with my current employer. So I have to find a new lawyer. I know I am not the first one to use this AC21, I couldn't find anywhere as to how much attorneys charge from here on till my GC is approved.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Again

Why do you believe you need an attorney at all? Claiming AC21 benefits isn't exactly rocket science.

I don't think I need an attorney just to file AC21. I think it will be usefull in case of replying for any RFEs in future and to initiate an enquiry and to do all those attorney stuff incase there is a need for one at some stage of my GC journey. Better be prepared than be sorry. To be honest I really dont know whether I really need one from here on. all these days my empoyer and attorney used to take care of everything.

Thanks for you comments though.

I am in the same situation. Do we need to notigy INS, that we are changing job. My new employer is kind of reluctant in giving me the letter.
