Need help on Advance Parole

Hello,

I applied and got the advance parole three times before for myself only. Now I want to apply the advance parole for both my 10 year old son and myself. I am still in h1b. I used to apply and to get an EAD, but the EAD is expired now.

Is there any problem to get the advance parole for my son?

In general advanced parole may be applied when nesessary. I don't see any issues here.

If 485 is pending for your son, then why should he have issues with AP?
