Need Help on 485

     I got my LC and I140 approved by my Old Employer and then for a reason i switched to a new company, my new company started my GC process. It\'s taking a long time to get my LC approved, Can i go back to my old company and apply for I485

Yes.

Yes you can do that. I know a friend who did it.
Join the old company. Wait for some time to generate
enough pay stubs. Then file for I485.

you don\'t need to go back to the old co. to file 485. The requirement will be that you WILL HAVE TO JOIN the old co. ,WHEN the 485 is approved. Until then, you may (if you want to) continue with the new co.
