I am a USC and met my friend back in 2001, we were attracted to each other almost automatically, she had crossed the border and been here illegally since about 2000. During her passage she suffered MANY hardships from "coyotes" and she has many stories and much info to tell. I am not sure if this info can be used to assist her in adjusting her status or not.
We began dating off and on and are now happily married with a child on the way...I need info on how to fix her status AND adopt her son and bring him here who is still back in her home country with her mother....ANY info would be helpful......
