Need Help !!! Name mispelled on AP doc

Received AP from VSC only to find my last name not spelled correctly .
Need help do I have to send it back to VSC or go to local INS office and start the process once again .

please comment !!!

Do not send it back..

Call IIO anf mention that the name is misspelt. They will correct it and send a new document.

I have the same problem on my ead card.. and IIO officer asked me to send the card back..I havent sent the card as of now..any suggestions?
