[Need Help] miss previous I-20 after submission to USCIS

Hi, Can anybody help me?

I miss one previous I-20 after I submitted the application to USCIS. The missing I-20 is the oldest one, which includes page 1 and page 3. I failed to photocopy them and put in application package. The missing I-20 doesn't have any CPT/OPT recommendation on it, it's just for school use.

Will this be problem for getting EAD card.

It seems like I'm still able to pass the check. Need some clarification.

USCIS has the whole records of all your I-20, if you can fill your I-765 with correct numbers (like date or anything), it would not be a big issue. You need to attach your recent I-20(s) to the I-765.
