Dear helpful Folks -
My sister's family entered the US last year with a GC - for the first time - then left within a month back to India, upon applying for a 2-year advance parole visa. Someone told me recently (without proof) that there is a min stay requirement for all GC holders of 45 days in this country - else the GC is not valid!! IS THIS TRUE?? PLEASE HELP!!
