NEED HELP !!! Laid off

I have been laid off after finishing the 180days.
I am still on the company payroll till october.

I have mostly looked at jobs on HOTJOBS.com
but only get calls from headhunters no company has called me directly.
Is there a better place to look for jobs??????

I am a CIRCUIT DESIGNER.


I am worried about getting RFE or an interview
please tell me what are my options???
