Need help in writing a letter to US Senate

Hi every body,

I have applied my application to Register Permanent Residence base on my Asylee Status. However it takes more than 3 years now, I still don't get any decision or interview from the INS yet. I want to write a letter to US Senate or the House of Representative to complaint about my case. Do anybody know where should I sent the letter to or who should address to. please let me know if any body know anything about this. Thank you

Follow the following steps :
1. Google your state senators
2. Go to his/her website
3. You'll find a form with a message box - write your message to him ( try including your A number, LIN number and so on ).
4. Wait for a week or so. You'll receive a letter from the senator you wrote into.
