I really appreciate your help.
My brother's studend visa was rejected yesterday at mumbai consulate, because I live in USA, so the counslor was saying that he wont go back, he is potential immigrant and rejected his visa.

He has 4 year Engineering degree and 2 years of experience. If somehow he gets the sponserer (a good company who has sponsered many peole) for H1
What are the chances he will get the visa??

What is statue of h1b quota??Has INS already recieved the applications for the 05 fiscal year???

---nobody can help you for your brother Visa stamp it depends on Visa officer decision

----- he is qualified for H1, if any company gets H1 approved for him then he can go for H1 visa stamp and it will not be rejected becase of F1 rejection becase H1 has dual intent

----- I dont know how many applications they have recieved, but still a V good chance if Employer files his H1 with Premium Processing($1000 extra)
