Need help in determining total LC processing time

Hi all,

Experts, please help out.

My LC appln was sent to IL SESA on Oct 21 2003. I called SESA yesterday and was told that they are processing Oct 10, 2003.

Also, DOL is processing Nov 2003 appln that are forwarded from SESA.

Realistically, if IL SESA processes my appln in the next 15-20 days and forwards that to DOL, that means it will take another 4-5 months to get final LC approval.

Is this estimate correct?

Any help is appreciated.

After expert my post. :)

Chicago DOL has moved, maybe 15 days, in last 4 months or so. Try to get this answer in Chicago DOL forum. Chicago DOL is in bad shape with processing - mostly remands and delays - that is all that they are offering.
 
Looks like Chicago DOL gave you really a good chase for your LC....:D

But I think they are still better than NY Sesa. :)
