i have few question regarding applying for my sister she is 28 and her husband and 2 children 3 and 1 years old.

i am an us citizen and also my father is us citizen . my father has been working for the last 10 years in the us i recently graduated from college.

to bring my sister and her family which one is faster (me applying for my sister or my father applying for his daughter)
