I'm applying for my EAD renewal and AP renewal on my own. Need advice and instructions on the entire procedure. What are the supporting documents that have to be attached for both renewals along with the respective application forms?. My I-485 is pending in the TSC. So, I'll be applying for my renewals in TSC. What are the other things to consider?.
Also, can anyone please advise me on how/what to answer to Part 7 in the Advance Parole (I-131) application form?.
The explanation that's being asked for on Part 7 in I-131 is :
" On a separate sheet of paper, please explain how you qualify for an Advance Parole and what circumstances warrant issuance of Advance Parole. Include copies of any documents you wish considered."
Help me to answer to this, especially.
