If INS asked for the pay stubs and you can’t provide the most recent pay stubs. Then what will be the substitute? Is any one having this kind of experience?

I heard from this discussion board that
either you can request your employer to provide pay stubs ( you pay taxes ) for the unpaid period.

or

your lawyer can write letter to INS saying that you are on unpaid vacation there fore no pay stubs.

Just my 2 cents.
