Need help! (I485, I131, I765)

I have 3 questiosn.. I would highly appreciated if you can respond to my post..;
I currently Have F-1 and OPT. Just got married with US Citizen. (No complications)

1) I am filling out I-485;

On the 1st page (Application Type)
Should I select;

b.my spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was granted lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivative status for spouses and children.

or Should I select any other option..

2) I make the money.. My wife hasn't worked in her life, she has been in school. She never had tax return.
I make about $45.000 a year, so I am over the limit..
Which form should I fill out to say that I don't need a sponsor. Our total household income is enough..

3) I am also going to apply for Travel ( I-131) and Working Permission ( I -765) can I send all of them together in the same folder?

(1) You should select (a)
(2)Even if your wife is not making money, she has to file I 864 and you have to file I 864A
(3) You can send I 131 and I 765 with I 485 in one packet to Chicago loack box. Check should be seperate for each.

THe a option is as follows;
An immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved. (Attach a copy of the approval notice, or a relative, special immigrant juvenile or special immigrant military visa petition filed with this application that will give you an immediately available visa number, if approved )

Can you explain this if possible.. As I have mentioned earlier.. I am just married to a US Citizen..

This form is common for all types of applicants. For you, it reads as follows...

(Attach a copy of the relative visa petition filed with this application that will give you an immediately available visa number, if approved )

If you are filing I-130 and I-485 together, you select option (a) as it clearly states above.
