I have a 3 years BS degree from India and 6 years of work experience. I got an RFE regarding the education evaluation. The BCIS wanted us to get the education credentials evaluated by a different person.
My question is, the attorney came back with a new education credentials equating my 3 years BS degree course to 2 years of US equivalent degree. Has anyone come across this? I think 3 years of BS degree (Computer Science) is equivalent to 3 years of education in US.
