USC sponsor fills this form, not you.

If you are immigrating, you have an address outside US. You should enter that.

You write N/A if you name is originally in English.

You should write the last time you were together.

LAST question: Will it be a problem if I use white out on my forms?
There wont be a problem, but if it was me, i would print out the form again and start over.

Thank you

Hi ari4u,
Thanks for your input.I ma already here in USA on H-1B, so I don't have to write my adress from my country, correct me if I am wrong.

It doesnt matter if you are in US or not. You should write your home address from your country. Q19 is clear, whats the confusion?

Hi ari4u..I think I got it.I guess i have to read the forms atleast thrice before answering.Thank you
