Need help how to fill I-290B

Dear friends...

I need help to file I-290B forms for my wife and daughter. I assume each form for each of them.

Questions:
What should i write in "In the matter of" box? Is it my name or the person i'm petitioning?

In the "File number A -" which means the Alien #. Is it mine? or theirs? What if they don't have A# yet?

What are you filing for? An appeal or a Motion? What was denied and why? Some things are appealled to the BIA and others to the BIA.... Filing to the wrong one does not toll your time to file.

If you can't figure out how to complete the form, go see a lawyer.
