I am currently working on TN visa but got my H1B approved from a different employer. I have a few questions which I cannot find answers for anywhere.
1. I want to keep my current job but change the visa status from TN to H1B. Do I need to transfer work contract from my current TN employer to my H1B employer first and apply for another TN before getting H1B stamped?
2. Can I hold a TN and H1B at the same time. In other words, can I get my H1B stamped while I am working on a TN for a different employer?
3. What would be the easiest process to move to H1B from a TN and keep the same job.
