Need help! H1 7th yr Extn, I-140 pending Labor applied < 1yr of H1 completion time

I have a specific case.

I have applied for labor in Apr'07 and my H1 expires in Nov'07. Currently my I-140 is in pending status. I also applied in Aug cycle for I-1485, EAD,AP.
My H1 documents as per paper are valid till July 2008(My stay if calculated is ending by end of this year 2007).

May I know the options that I have with respect to staying in USA and working post Nov 2007
 
You can extend your H-1B till 6 years. Since, your Labor certification was filed on April 2007, you will get the earliest oppertunity to extend your H-1B only in April 2008. However, if your EAD gets approved before expiration of your current H-1B tenure, you should be all set.
