Need help! H1 7th yr Extn: 1-485/1-140 pending, Labor applied< 1yr of H1 validity

I have applied for labor in Apr'07 and my H1 expires in Mid Nov'07. Currently my I-140 is in pending status. I also applied in Aug cycle for I-1485, EAD,AP.
My H1 documents are as per paper are valid till July 2008(My stay if calculated is ending by end of this year 2007).

May I know the options that I have with respect to staying in USA and working post Nov 2007
 
What does "H1 documents are as per paper" mean ?

If your H-1 extension is approved and is valid till July 2008 where and how does the doubt of working beyond
Nov '07 arise ?

technically, your status in US is pending since you have a I-485 on file. H1's dual intent is good for the travel out of US as long as it is valid. but since you have applied for a AP, you dont need to extend your H1. you can use that fee for your I-140 premium processing which is suspended temporarily because of high volume of applications they have on file. hopefully they make it available before your H1 expires.
 
Can I stay with a pending I-140 and Pending I-485 and EAD and work

With the above condition can I continue to work beyond Nov'07 with a pending I-485, I-140 and only labor is approved(applied <365 days of H1 validity)
 
You MUST have a valid H1 or EAD to work in the US. You can stay here while your I-485 is pending but you cant work without a permit.
