Need help from those who spoke to IIO after Jan 1st. 2002.

Hi

Those of you who were able to speak to IIO after 1/1/2002, can you please tell me how did you manage to get through the line. Can you please post :
1. what time of the day you called the AVM ?,
2. what time you were able to actually talk to IIO ,
3. Did you call from home phone, work phone, cell phone or rotary phone ?

spoke to iio today

around 10=15 managed to get through
press 1 for english and
press 0 for IIO

called from office
continously redialling for 35 minutes and once i got through - i was on hold for 15 minutes

I dailed twice and was able to talk to IIO.

I called between 4.00pm and 5pm MST and waited for 15 minutes.

I just did that for 20 mins and currently waiting for an IIO.....It said the wait time is approx. 10 mins....

This is the question which comes again and again the only way to get is by redialing again and again and trying to call them early in the mroning around 8:15 and hold till 9 and talk to them.
