Need help for TD renewal(I539)

My wife's TD expired last Nov, we filed I-539 for her at last Sept. Now we got a notice from CIS ask for the approval notice(form I-797) for my most recent I-129 Petition.
But I didn't renewal my TN by mail, I got it from POE.
what can I do now?
Should I just send my TN I-94 to CIS?
