Need Help for RFE

I got an RFE Yeterday , need help for reply.
RD - 07/31/01
ND - 09/13/01
RFE - 10/19/02

1.Please Provide the name and location of your employer, including the date you began employment with that organization.
-- What i need to submit for this , i never changed job in last 4 years and with the same employer , only thing is my employer office address has been changed..

2. Submit currently dated letter from your employer that indicates date employement began, your current position, proffered wage and indicating that the terms and conditions of the employement petition continue to exist.
-- If any body has format of the letter could you provide it to me

3. Submit a photo copy of the first and any subsequent form I171-c or I-797 petition approval notices authorizing your employemnet in the U.S.
-- H1 is enough for thsi or do i need tio take any letter from employer..

Any help reaaly apprecite..

Sagi - Request an employment letter from your employer clearly stating your name, title, salary, date of employment along with the current address of your company. Attach a covering letter to that stating the same and sign that letter. Also make sure you enclose all your I-797's. That is all you need to send in. Make sure you talk to your attorney and take his advise too. Good luck man.
 
Thanks for your Comments , i am trying to get format of the letter from my attorney , he is taking his own time. I have tuff time get hold off him. I will post once my attorney tell what to send.

Same Boat...

I have same RFE, I am having hard time to get hold of my attorney.
I got RFE 12 days back and still we have not responded to RFE, God knows when she will respond.
With in what time does INS gives time to respond?
In my case I does not even saw my RFE notice.

12 weeks..from ins.gov

from the ins web site,INS gives yoy 12 weeks,for INS to RECEIVE RFE response from the time the RFE was sent.
Else they consider the application abandoned
So it's always in one's best interest to respond fast,and push your attorney....Dont take crap from them..it's bad enuf we are taking crap from a bunch of govt employees at INS...

Jack..., got a question

Guess what? My RFE was sent to NSC on Oct 8 but up to date, the online status showed the RFE being sent. Spoke to my lawyer and they called to check, status quo. No movement on the case or indication that they had received the RFE. Now today they said they were going to send the RFE but changed their mind cos they are afraid that it will confuse NSC more so they want to wait until Nov 15 (30 days before my RFE deadline)!! What kind of bull is this? Frankly, this is pathetic!
 
My RFE is issued on 10/19/02 and received on 10/28/02
the dead line is 01/13/2003. i think this helps you to find by which date you need to reply.

Thanks Sagi & Jack,

I talk to my attorney and she said the same 3 months,
For me they issued RFE on 15 OCT and We recevied on OCT 21 and she says she is busy and still not send my RFE reply back to INS.
I have send my w2 forms from past four years and she got the EMP letter.

I am just waiting on her to send the reply to INS.
