Need Help for H1 Transfer

Hi Folks,

Give your expertise for my issue.

I came to US through company A in 2001. Company A applied for H1 extension in 2003 and got approved also. Now,
Company A refusing to give my H1B papers for unknown reasons.

So after this, I applied H1 transfer (premium processing) with another company B with the expired H1B papers and the new receipt number. Let me know the issues and problems which i will face???? Also let me know the steps to be taken to sort out.

go to other lawyr who filed your H1 transfer and he must know how to get H1b related documents from past employer
