Need Help for Change of Address and Plastic Card

Hi guys/gals:

I have not received my plastic card yet and am wondering how to get in touch with TSC immigration people to get some status info. My efforts to call them are lost in vain with continuous engaged sound with their telephone.

Can somebody give me some info on how and when and what number (other than 214 381 1423) to contact IIO at TSC?

What is the TSC Fax number to give change of address for plastic card with CP and POE (they have fax number for 485 people but not sure about CP)?

My details: CP at Chennai, POE Atlanta 31 May 2001. My wife recieved her card and we moved recently.

Address change

Don\'t kill yourself over this. The card will be forwarded to your new address by USPS provided you registered change of address with them. In addition, if you wish, you can file Form AR-11 (Change of address) with INS.
