I'm a Canadian Citizen. But before i became Canadian i was in USA. I have overstayed, and worked ILLegally in US for number of employers. I had successfully obtained H1-B afterwards to adjust my status. But even then when i got laid-off i start working for another employer without the transfer of H1-B. I have a AOS Interview coming up shortly and my concerned is on Affidavite of Support form i have sent my tax papers to show that i can easily support my family. My wife is a USC.But does anyone know if the Officer will ask me how i was working for all these employers in USA? (They are in my Tax-returns)? Can anyone please comments. Your help is truely appreciated!!!!
