Yesterday (10/12), I received 2nd FP notice from INS. Notice was issued on 10/4 and appointment is scheduled for 11/1. I have already given FP on 8/15 (as per schedule). My I-485 details are as follows

EB2
RD: 2/28/01
ND: 3/20/01
FP: 8/15/01

Social Security Number and Application Number fields in 2nd FP notice are empty and Service Center is WSC (dunno which center is this). My case was filed from CSC.

Can I simply ignore this notice as I \'ve already given FP within last 90 days. Any thought?

call IIO, if they can find your FP then probably you don\'t need the second one

Few days after my first FP, I called IIO and the officer confirmed that INS has received FP results back from FBI.
