need help filling AP: Jaxen pls help

I have filled I-485(derivative ) and EAD about 3 months ago, I got the FP and EAD last month(I am still working on H1) I wana Apply for AP now and I need help filling up the 1-131 form. Here are my questions:

Part 2 : (check one): which one should I check
Part3 : Date of Intended departure ( I am just applying in case I have to go OR maybe
I will go in November 2003) what should I say on the form.
Part3: Expected length of trip ( I donot know)
Part7: pls explain how you qualify for AP and what circumstance warrant issuance of AP

What is the current filling fee for this form.

One more question (this question is not linked to above form)

Since I filled I-485 as derivative and I have got the EAD, lets say
If I wana quite my job and do nothing will that be totally legal

part3: Dont know(???) say 3 weeks you d...id...
part7 : no need. Just indicate Multiple entry.

Quiting job and doing nothing is not illegal, but you might lose your qualification for Green card!!

I think the fee is $80 and not $65... It used to be $110. With 25% (or about) reduction it should be around 80...Write to INS and post your experience...
