Need help..EAD renewal question.

Need some help in replying to my wife's EAD renewal RFE. Thank you in anticipation.

The exact wording of the paragraph requesting evidence if as follows:

"If you are the spouse or a dependant, of a person that has an approved form I-140, submit evidence of approval along with the alien number and documentation as to your relationship. Such evidence for determining relationship can be, but not limited to a copy of a marriage certificate and/or birth certificates."

From the above, I understand that a copy of my I-140 approval notice and marriage certificate is required. My questions are:

What other documents do I need to send?
Should I send my birth certificate as well as my wife's ?
Is there a standard format for the cover letter and if so, where can I find it?
If not, who should I address this reply to and in what format? :confused:

Send the copy of I-140 approval or BCIS Online print out of I-140, send marriage certificate or also attach primary applicants copy of I-485 that has Primary Applicants A# on it. Just write on the cover letter that please find the following from the primary applicant as eligibility of spouse Name,DOB, A# and her reciept # for EAD ,I-765 (Employment Authorizing Document)

Your Service center please? Is it NSC?
 
If it is NSC then also send color copy of your wife:
Driving License or state ID
Fist page of your wife passport that has her photograph and DOB, PP #

NSC is asking for this and many are getting RFE
 
need advice

i'm a USC and my wife ead will be expired this month, we just filed her renewal last july how long will it takes for the processing? she have pending I-130 and I-485 filed last year ..still no respond for her pending petition and her driver license will be expired this moth too..can she renew it? what documents she have to show? thank you..:confused:
 
My wife got same RFE regarding her EAD renewal

Called the NCSC to know to find out what documents are exactly needed.

They told to send Approved I140 and Marriage Certificate.

EAD was approved after sending the above two documents
