My previous company informed my
Attorney that my I-140 has been revoked
over the phone but my online status always display
my I-140 is approved on Jan 6,2003. How to find the
authenticity of my previous Company statement?
Need Not to worry if you have filled your 485 and joined another company after 180 days of filling 485. But in your case you need to inform INS that you switched the company or using AC 21 and show the proof with recent pay stub as well as Employment letter.
You will be perfectly fine. BUt ask your lawyer what is your options.
