Need Help - crime which affects GC

I have applied my green card just a month before.

I have one concern, I have received a citation for playing loud music in my apartment ( party stuff) and a fine. I pleded guilty.

I have none other citation or traffic ticket from last three years,

How does this kind of citation ( of playing loud music) will affect my GC process in future? Is this a serious crime?

It won't affect your GC process at all. Were you arrested for this (hopefully not) ?

Traffic tickets don't matter either unless you were arrested (DUI, DWI etc.). Hope it clears. Take it easy, man!

If you were "convicted" or "cited"

it might show up on the FBI check. I am not sure. I hope you had specified 'Y' on 1.b of part3 of your 485 application. you also have to attach a piece of paper explaining the reason. I wouldnt think playing loud music is a serious offence.

But dont lie on your application.
