need help concerning my case number

i just received my notification lettr and my case number is very high
it lies in the range 2010AF0004XXXX
so pls i wish to find out if there is anypossibility for me to be ever scheduled for an interview before the fiscal year comes to an end
as the numbers especially in nigeria are not moving fast thanks and waiitng to hear from you all
