I'm now in Canada as Landed Immigrant and applied for citizenship that is expected by the mid 2007. I need to travel to US now with visit visa to take care of some personal issues. I also lived in USA for 10 years (94-03) before coming to Canada as Landed Immigrant (F-1, H-1B and E-2 visas). Please also not that currently I'm not working (EI) and do not have money in my bank.
Any suggestions and tips including which consulate to go (I'm in Toronto), what documents to bring etc. I'll highly appreciate your responses. Thank you.
