Need Help: Application Denied

My case was denied for the reason that my case was filed under EB2 category which according to INS requires 5 years of Experience. I have MS in Computer Science. I have been working for the company since I completed my Masters. I have been working for the same company for 7 years. My labor was filed after I had worked for the company for 2 years. Technically I have 4 years of experience before my labor was filed.

I have 2 choices:
1. Appeal my case
2. Start over

In addition my one year H-1 Extension is expiring on Oct 15, 2007 and so will my EAD. I have already filed for a new EAD.

What advice do you all have for me. Please reply

I-140/I-485 Decision: August 20, 2007
 
Appealing is waste of time i feel. It takes more than 1 year to be processed. I would suggest you start over again. Having a good attorney makes a huge difference. Good luck....
