Need Help About Transfering from F1 to a Work Visa.

Hello everyone,

I'm currently working on my MPA and will be graduating at the end of this year. I already got two degrees one in Industrial Engineering and another in Bussiness Administration - Management and I'm bilingual. I finally found an employeer who wants to sponsor me for a work visa and get my green card. She will like to hire me as a bilingual planner or administrator for her contruction company. What type of visa will best fit what I'm looking for: a H1B visa or a PERM? How long will it take for me to get my work permit and my GC?
I also got married 1.5 year ago qith a GC holder and we file the I130 last year. Will it be fine to apply for a work visa if I already apply for a I-130?

It's fine if you apply for a work visa after I-130, because H1 is a dual intent visa.

The rest of the questions you may want to ask in H1 forum instead of F-1.
