Need help 2 485 filing!

Spouse's LC has just approved and the company is preparing for his I140. My PD date is 10/03. Can he use mine?

We have filed I485 on 07/07 without my I140 approval. His company said it will confuse USCIS if he files another I485. Is it true? I have heard that he can file 485 and mention our Ailen #.

Any opinoin will be highly appreciated.

No.

He can file another I-485, but all it will do is make the process slower for everyone else.
