I am here on L1 and My company is calling me back.. please help me.. How to find a company who sponsors H1? Went to career builder and monsters.. but how to know if a company will sponsor H1????

Found a very good site h1base.com and thinking to pay $325 bucks for its H1B Announce Program.. Has any one tried it out? is it worth?

Search various job sites and you can call/contact them to see if they would sponsor your H1B.

I have no idea about the H1B Announce Program that you have mentioned, but personally I would NEVER put even 2 cents on such sites.

Which country are you from?
 
I suggest u make nice resume and post it online. I'm sure u'll find
somebody to take care of yaa. I went through similar situation
and it helped. Make sure you have excellent resume and dont
mention upfront that u r looking for transfer. In first few phone calls
tell them u r actively looking but u r on a project!!. Be confident
when u talk.


Be prepared to shell out around 1300-1500 bucks if somebody
asks you to pay upfront for H1B expenses and then reimburse
once u find a project.

Dont worry dude, u'll find a sponsor.

I am in India currently and a US company agreed for my sponsership and filed the petition on July 28th....after a loong wait ...today they are asking for more evidence from me

Can anyone tell me...what more are they asking for ? I gave them all documents required

help pleaseee
 
What are they asking? If you just say more evidence we can make all kinds of guesses? Also its going to be along wait atleast till end of Oct 05 before you can get here as the H1-B cap has been reached.

my H1B was petitioned in July 28th 2004 now they have asked for RFE ,can someone tell me how much time time it will take to get approved from RFE

mine was filed on July 28th 2004,which is means it is under the cap.The cap got filled on Oct 04.Mine was filed much before that.

I am not sure what they have asked I am yet to talk to my employer

But does anyone know how much time it takes RFE to get approved ?
