My wife is a Human Resouce specialist and has previous experience (in India) as an HR administrator as well as in the recruitment field. I need your advice on how to go about finding employers who would be willing to sponsor an H1 for her. (She is currently on a H4)
Do you think an H1 is possible in this field? Do you know of any precedents?
Any pointers/ advice would be greatly appreciated.
