My daughter who is 6 months now went with my mother two months ago to my origin country.My mother has a visit visa
I (GC pending) was not traveling with her My daughter born is USA and was traveling on her own passport ,but now she is coming back .Does my mother need any guardian form or anything like that ?Will she be facing any problems at POE .Please let me know any information you have .
