need fax numbers for CIS ombudsman and CIS Director

I don't know if they give the fax number out, but here is their email:

They do respond, basically they will direct you to follow process posted here:

http://www.dhs.gov/cisombudsman

Once they recieve all the paper works(like they don't already have them in the system), they will start the process to 'idenfiy the problem' in your case.

Don't put too much hope on it, I have yet to recieve anything back from them, but it is something we can hope that make some difference.

I have already done e-mail and snail-mail..just trying to find the fax number so that I can shoot one query there too...
