Hi

I need some advice from the experts.

I did my & spouse FP on March 28th 2003
(Sent from BCIS on March 3, 03)

I called the FBI and they told me that it was processed and sent the same day to the BCIS.
The question is the neither the online message nor the phone system message got updated for that long, that the FP has been received and processing has resumed on my case.

Should I be concerned? I called the BCIS and spoke to customer service and she told me that whenever my service center(Vermont) will update it then it'll be updated till then there is no way to find out that it is received or not?

Please advice . Should I keep my fingers crossed and wait or do some investigation work myself. My lawyer said it is normal like this.

If I call the 800 number should I ask for the customer service and then the tier 2 or are there some buttons to be presed to reach tier 2

Don't worry. Ignore it. There are thousands of people in the same category. I am one of them (FP done in Jan'03 and the website still says that they have sent me FP notice in Dec'02) .
 
Don't worry. Lot of people are in this same category. FBI Sent it means 99% it is done. Most of the times on line message is not updated.
