My status of I485 application
- PD Aug 2002, EB2, India
- RD Aug 17 2007, ND Oct 17 2007
- Texas Service Centre

Pardon my igonorance on some basic questions .... don't seem to get sure answers as I google or browse the forum

1) RD
- Online status "On October 17, 2007, we received this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS"
- Notice of Action "RD is Aug 17 2007 and ND is Oct 17 2007"
Which is the real RD?

2) Name Check
- Does the count down start from Sep 1st 2007 or Nov 1st 2007?
- PD was current, retrogressed and current, does this reset the name check?

3) PD is current, Processing date is current - Please validate assumptions?
- One is eligible and in the queue for processing
- Name check should be complete or 6 months passed from RD?
- Finger Printing is current
