Hi ALL,
I'm planning to apply for PERM labor soon and i came across an attorney www.bayareaimmigrationservices.com who does this for low service charge but just wondering if i need to approach a well experienced one (like murthy or rajesh khanna who charge more) for processing. I've MS in Electrical Engineering from US and 1 yr US exp and working as software consultant .... looking forward to apply under EB2. Is PERM a complicated process and requires lot of exp to apply? Can anyone recommend a lawyer in bay area who is affordable and reliable at the same time? Thanks

dont do it!!

dont go with murthy ... Her website may be impressive but thats it. Experience in the old labor certification system is vital for filing PERM applications, you need a lawyer who see the wood for the trees (sorry about the crappy phrase..but its true!!) experience in PERM doesnt really mean anything because no one has it!!! There isnt even an appeals system to really test lawyers ability yet.
