Hello,
I have a question regarding the status of my wife who came to the US on an approved K-1 visa after I petitioned her. We married within the 90 day requirement, and applied for an I-485 to change her K-1 visa to a conditional permanent resident status. I checked the status online (www.uscis.gov) of this case, and the message reads:
Current Status: Case received from AAO.
On January 29, 2008, the Administrative Appeals Office returned this case. If your case was remanded or your appeal was sustained, we will notify you of our action within 60 days of the date of the AAO decision. [/B]
I would appreciate it very much if someone more well-informed and knowledgeable can explain what this means.
Thank you.
