My friend is completing his stay of 6yrs on HIB and now plans to study MBA. He says he can get another 6yrs of H1B when he starts a new job after completion of MBA which will take two years. Is he right? Can he be eligible for another period of 6yrs when he obtains a new job after his studies? Please enlighten me on this. TIA.
