Need Answer Reg: RFE recieved by INS

Dear Friends:

I could not believe, that it may take 180 days, yesterday INS has recieved my RFE, and the AVM was updated with the following messages:

We have recived your RFE on such and such date , as your primary application procedure is completed, this kind of case may take 180 days to process your case, and we will send you a written decission by mail.

Do you think again we have to wait for 180 days or so, please those who have gone through the same phase please give me some answers, I appreciate your help.
